It all starts from the ground up. A great hitter is only as good as their foundation, and this program is designed to give you the tools to build that strong base. By placing an emphasis on stability, posture and balance, hitters will find tools to take to the field!
As with all of our programs, we design them with the intent to give hitters and coaches not only the what and how with drills and programming, but the why, too. In each program, you will receive a short primer and introduction to the core concepts we want you to know and understand that will help you not only in the drills but on the field, too! In addition to this, we provide thorough explanations and videos so that you know what the drill looks like, how to do it, and why it’s important.

Description
This program draws from four years of experience as a Director of Youth Development and six years as a professional athlete. Regardless of age or skill level, both myself and countless players of all ages and backgrounds have consistently relied on the core drills and fundamentals featured in this program.
