The Football Offseason Auto-Percentage Training System is a complete, coach-ready offseason strength and conditioning solution designed to save time while maximizing player development.
Athletes track their goals and one-rep maxes directly on the workout sheet. Once a 1RM is entered, the system automatically calculates training percentages and the exact weight to use for core Olympic lifts—eliminating max charts and manual calculations.
This system includes four progressive offseason phases, each delivered as a 6–7 week workout data sheet. Every workout is structured with prep work, Olympic lifts, supersets, and circuit training, providing full-body training across all movement planes.
