Landmine Movements

The landmine is an excellent and versatile tool to include in any training program. I’ve always been a fan of landmine movements and have consistently used them in my coaching. When working in a weight room without access to dumbbells, we had to get creative—and that led us to expand our use of the landmine in new ways.
The movements included here are the result of that process. I hope you find them valuable and can apply them with your athletes or in your own training sessions.
