This grade sheet has saved time and errors for programs ranging from P4 down to FCS for over the past decade. You no longer need to manually count plays for players after grading. This Excel sheet will help make you more efficient.

Features:

• New Game button on the top left to add a game (or practice)
• Automatically calculates the player’s grade based on a +/- system
• Splits the Run/Pass grade for each player (you just need to make the pass plays font color red)
• Tallies several stats for each player: Missed Assignments, Loafs, Penalties, Bad Snaps, Sacks, Pressures, and Pins
• Can handle 20 players

How It Works:

• Open the File and allow it to enable macros
• Click the ‘New Game’ button on the top left
• You will not be able to make many changes to the ‘Grade’ sheet, only the ‘Plays’ sheet
• Enter player names or numbers in the top row
• Each player has 2 columns. In the 1st column, input a + or –
• In the 2nd column, input a stats: MA, KD, SACK, PRESS, LOAF, PEN, SNAP
• If you type “+” and then click in a new cell, it will start a formula. So use TAB and SHIFT+TAB to move. Also, you could just hit ENTER after typing +/-
