What are you going to get from this manual?

The goal of this manual is to give an introduction to the flexbone, triple option offense. I am by no means an expert but I have successfully installed this offense multiple times. What you will find inside is what I wish I had when I was beginning that process. We won’t go into great depth on each scheme but by the time you digest this information you should have a good understanding, on a surface level, of the how’s and why’s of the flexbone, triple option offense. My main focus here will be the midline, inside veer, outside veer, rocket toss, and a couple of play-action concepts.

When you’re finished with this manual you will be able to install it at it’s core. This offense is great and can be applied to youth levels as well as the high school level.
